AKP Siem Reap, September 11, 2026 --

H.E. Heng Ratana (Pic. 1), Director General of the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC), delivers a presentation on the impact of cluster munitions resulting from Thailand’s war of aggression in 2025 and efforts to ensure safety in the affected areas.

Held this morning at the Techo Peace Museum in Siem Reap province, the event was attended by representatives of relevant Cambodian institutions and development partners, the Cambodian Red Cross, NPMEC, APOPO, NPA, JMAS, UNDP, ICRC, IMCCD, Golden West, JICS, ICBL, CSHD, MAG, The HALO Trust, GUSP and UNOPS, as well as chairpersons of mine action committees from several provinces bordering Thailand.
