H.E. Eat Seyla (Pic. 1), Secretary of State at the Ministry of Environment and Chairman of the 2nd Sub-Committee on Protocol and Hospitality of the National Committee for the Organisation of the Francophonie Summit, chairs a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation this morning to discuss preparations for the first rehearsal of the Francophonie Summit.
