AKP Phnom Penh, April 26, 2025 --

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) and the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts (MCFA) discuss preparations, particularly the creation of content and pitching spectacles for the flag-handover ceremony as the next host in 2029 from the Asian Youth Games in Bahrain.

H.E. Vath Chamroeun, MoEYS Secretary of State, and H.E. Mrs. Lundy Sannara, MCFA Secretary of State, convened the discussion on April 25 here in Phnom Penh.

The content and spectacles for the process will feature Cambodia's culture, tourism, and sports for youth under 18 years old, who will stage a 10-minute performance at the event.

They also floated the parade of the Asian Youth Games' flag in Phnom Penh after getting it from the 4th Asian Youth Games, to be held on Oct. 31 in Bahrain.

The flag parade was expected to widely disseminate the preparedness of Cambodia to host the 4th Asian Youth Games 2029.
