The Cambodian Prime Minister congratulates two Cambodian institutes on their winning the Global Excellence Model for Skills Education and Training (GEMSET) awards from ITE Education Services (ITEES) of Singapore.

Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet posted the congratulatory message this afternoon on his official social media platforms with profound appreciation.

The National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) winning a gold GEMSET award and the Cambodia National Technical Training Institute (NTTI) earning a silver GEMSET award reflect the progress of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Cambodia, he wrote.

He added that the move reaffirmed the improvement of the human capital development priority in the national Pentagonal Strategy—Phase 1 of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
